Co-founder and Director

Aidan is a Chartered Tax Adviser and former HMRC Inspector with over ten years experience advising high net worth individuals and business owners on complex UK and international tax matters. His early career within HMRC’s compliance teams gave him a detailed understanding of how investigations unfold and how best to navigate them - insight he now uses to protect and position his clients effectively.

Before co-founding Moran Rose, Aidan led the London Tax Disputes practice at a top 10 firm, where he built a reputation for strategic thinking and trusted client relationships. His work spans tax disputes and advisory matters, with particular expertise in COP8 and COP9 investigations, HMRC settlements, and cross-border planning for inbound and outbound individuals.

Known for his strategic approach and calm confidence, Aidan is the adviser clients rely on - combining technical precision with clear recommendations and a deep understanding of their commercial and personal goals.

About Aidan

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys watching or attending sporting events and playing the occassional round of golf - giving him a rare quiet moment in an otherwise busy work and home life.
